WelcometoSSM Healthcare is seeking qualified General Surgeons to join our dedicated medical team at our Health Centre in Eastern Region, Uganda. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general surgical procedures and operations
• Conduct patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in emergency surgical interventions
• Provide surgical mentorship and training to junior staff

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree
• Master of Medicine in Surgery (MMed Surgery) or equivalent
• Full registration with Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification surgical experience
• Proficiency in essential surgical procedures
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
