Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed
- Provide health education and counselling to patients and community members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in health outreach programmes and community sensitisation
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution
- Valid practicing licence from Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
