About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs and objectives
• Provide professional financial advice tailored to individual client situations
• Recommend and sell appropriate Old Mutual financial products and solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on Ugandan financial market trends and regulations
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in training and professional development programmes

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services, banking, or insurance in Uganda
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales ability and strong commercial acumen
• Good knowledge of the Ugandan financial market and regulatory environment
• Professional certification in financial planning or insurance (added advantage)
• Valid driving licence (preferred)
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to client service
