About the Role

As a Financial Advisor with Old Mutual Uganda, you will be at the forefront of providing trusted financial advice and solutions to our clients. You will play a key role in understanding client needs and recommending suitable insurance and investment products from our comprehensive portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to understand their goals and risk profile.
• Recommend and sell appropriate Old Mutual financial products, including life insurance, savings plans, and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients to provide ongoing service and support.
• Proactively develop new business and achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure all advice and sales comply with Old Mutual standards and Ugandan regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in financial services sales, insurance sales, or a similar advisory role in Uganda.
• Must be registered with the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda (IRA) or be eligible for immediate registration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a passion for achieving targets.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid riding permit (Class A) is an added advantage.
