We are creating a talent pool for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Service Consultants. In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, handling cash transactions, promoting digital banking solutions, and resolving service inquiries to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve walk-in customers efficiently and professionally at the banking hall.
• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other counter transactions accurately.
• Educate and migrate customers to use Stanbic Bank's digital platforms (mobile banking, internet banking).
• Address and resolve customer service queries and complaints promptly.
• Cross-sell basic bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a tidy and secure workstation.

Requirements:
