- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and operations management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience on large-scale, donor-funded projects (especially USAID).
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience applying US Government (USG) and USAID rules, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- A professional accounting certification such as CPA (Uganda) or ACCA is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and capacity building.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
