Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Assist dental surgeons during various clinical procedures and treatments
• Prepare and maintain dental treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilised and ready for use
• Maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards according to C-Care Uganda protocols
• Provide chair-side assistance during patient examinations and dental procedures
• Manage patient records and documentation accurately
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Handle dental materials and equipment appropriately
• Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for all patients
• Support clinic administration and inventory management as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Diploma in Dental Nursing from a recognised institution in Uganda
• Valid practicing license from the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate attitude and patient-centred approach
• Computer literacy for basic record keeping
