Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity assurance frameworks and controls
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing
• Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents
• Ensure compliance with Uganda's data protection and cybersecurity regulations
• Develop and update cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Provide cybersecurity awareness training to staff members
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security infrastructure
• Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years experience in cybersecurity or information assurance
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan cybersecurity regulations and standards
• Experience in banking or financial services sector preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
