Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all NTSA (National Transport and Safety Authority) related transactions and documentation efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding vehicle registration, transfers, and licensing queries
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to NTSA services promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with NTSA regulations
• Liaise between customers, NTSA offices, and internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery
• Process logbook applications, duplicate logbooks, and other vehicle documentation as required
• Educate customers on NTSA requirements and procedures for vehicle ownership and transfer

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer support, preferably in transport, logistics, or banking sector
• Strong knowledge of NTSA processes and vehicle registration procedures in Kenya
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and customer relationship management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
