Customer Experience Champion Job in Kampala at GOGO Electric

GOGO Electric, a leading innovator in sustainable mobility solutions in Uganda, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Experience Champion to join our dynamic team in Kampala. In this pivotal role, you will be the voice and face of GOGO, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional and builds lasting loyalty for our brand of electric vehicles and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support across phone, email, and social media channels.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues efficiently, and turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the management and product teams for service improvement.
• Educate customers on GOGO Electric products, services, and the benefits of electric mobility in the Ugandan context.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

What We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, sales, hospitality).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Luganda or other local languages is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a team-player mentality.
• Interest in technology, sustainability, and the future of transport in Uganda is highly desirable.
