Job Description

As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across all our operations. You will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience for our clients in the mobility and asset financing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards
β€’ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer care representatives
β€’ Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to improve performance
β€’ Handle escalated customer complaints and complex service issues
β€’ Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
β€’ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:
