As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across all our operations. You will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience for our clients in the mobility and asset financing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards
β’ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer care representatives
β’ Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to improve performance
β’ Handle escalated customer complaints and complex service issues
β’ Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
β’ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
β’ Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and team performance
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
β’ Proven experience in the financial services, fintech, or asset financing industry
β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
β’ Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
