Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by handling client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Process various customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update detailed customer records in our secure systems.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognised institution.
- At least 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably within the financial services, banking, or insurance sector in Uganda.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Luganda as an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour when handling challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people.
