Job Description

Old Mutual Uganda, a leading financial services provider, is hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Entebbe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Process various customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update detailed customer records in our secure systems.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • At least 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably within the financial services, banking, or insurance sector in Uganda.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Luganda as an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour when handling challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people.
