Job Description
Watu Credit, a leading asset financing company in East Africa, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is central to our NTSA Cabinet operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processing of vehicle logbook services for our valued customers.
In this key position, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring NTSA-related services, providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience. You will join a dynamic, fast-growing company that is revolutionising mobility and asset ownership across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison for all customer inquiries related to NTSA logbook processing, transfers, and updates.
- Process and manage customer documentation for vehicle registration and logbook services with accuracy and compliance.
- Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers regarding the status of their applications.
- Liaise effectively with the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and organised records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant team lead to ensure swift resolution.
- Uphold the highest standards of data protection and customer confidentiality.

Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably within logistics, banking, or a fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of NTSA processes and documentation is a major advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Kiswahili.
- Keen attention to detail, organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
