Customer Experience Champion Job in Kampala - GOGO Electric Careers

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their journey with GOGO Electric is seamless, positive, and memorable. You will play a key part in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty for one of Uganda's most innovative electric vehicle companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the frontline ambassador for GOGO Electric, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and empathy.
• Proactively resolve customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and insights, reporting directly to management to help shape company strategy.
• Educate customers on GOGO Electric's products, promotions, and the benefits of electric mobility in the Ugandan context.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a unified and outstanding customer journey from inquiry to after-sales support.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, sales, or client relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Luganda being a strong advantage.
• A patient, problem-solving attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• An interest in technology, sustainability, and the future of transport in Uganda is highly desirable.
