Customer Success Manager Job at Watu in Sierra Leone (Freetown & Province)
Job Description
Watu, a leading asset financing company, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sierra Leone. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth in the West African market. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers in Freetown and the surrounding provinces.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Proactively monitor customer health and usage of Watu's products/services to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to provide insights for improving products, services, and overall customer journey.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer success metrics and account status to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the fintech, asset financing, or mobility sector is a strong advantage.
