Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Old Mutual products and services including life insurance, savings, and investments.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently via phone, email, and in-person interactions at our Kampala office.
• Process customer transactions and policy updates with attention to detail.
• Maintain and update customer records in our secure database systems.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers about relevant financial products.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in financial services, banking, or insurance in Uganda.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and a patient, professional demeanour.
