Watu Credit, a leading asset finance company in East Africa, is hiring a Customer Support Officer to join our NTSA Cabinet team in Nairobi, Kenya. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide first-line customer support and handle inquiries related to NTSA (National Transport and Safety Authority) processes and services.
• Assist customers with documentation, application status updates, and general guidance on NTSA-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company system.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments and external NTSA offices to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Swahili.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to customer care.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Previous experience with NTSA processes or in the transport/logistics sector is a strong advantage.
