Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Old Mutual clients in Uganda, providing professional assistance and resolving queries efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone calls, email, and in-person interactions at our Kampala office
• Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide comprehensive information about Old Mutual's products and services tailored to the Ugandan market
• Maintain detailed customer records using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to team goals and maintain quality service standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field from a recognised institution
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in Uganda's financial services sector
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in local languages being an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Professional appearance and attitude suitable for a corporate setting
