Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within Uganda's financial services or banking sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues with patience and empathy.
