• Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and business plans
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and recommendations

• Ensure compliance with Bank of Uganda regulations and internal policies
• Conduct industry and market research relevant to Uganda's economy

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in credit analysis within Uganda's banking sector
• Professional certification in credit management is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Uganda's financial regulations and market dynamics
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
