Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions & Social Enterprises Job in Kampala - Pearl Bank Uganda

Pearl Bank Uganda is seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Kampala. This senior-level role is central to building and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions and social enterprises across Uganda. You will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing our corporate portfolio, and contributing to the bank's mission of fostering financial inclusion and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic relationship management plan for financial institutions and social enterprises.
• Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of high-value institutional clients and social impact partners.
• Structure and negotiate tailored financial solutions, including credit facilities, treasury products, and transaction banking services.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments for potential partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor portfolio performance, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Represent Pearl Bank at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance our market presence.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or institutional sales within Uganda's financial sector.
• Deep understanding of the Ugandan financial landscape, regulatory environment, and the social enterprise ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent network of contacts within financial institutions, NGOs, and development organisations in Uganda.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
