Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation and monitoring of community health performance management systems
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting on community health indicators
• Collaborate with field teams to track performance metrics and health outcomes
• Help prepare performance reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Provide technical support to community health workers and supervisors
• Participate in training sessions and capacity-building activities
• Contribute to programme evaluation and improvement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Social Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in community health, public health, or performance management
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in French (required) and local languages (advantageous)
• Willingness to work in Kadiogo, Burkina Faso
