Job Description
Living Goods, a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to improving community health across Africa, is seeking a dedicated Regional Community Health Coordinator with Information Systems (IS) expertise. This is a full-time position based in Kadiogo, Burkina Faso, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to life-saving public health programmes.

Living Goods leverages digital technology and community health workers to deliver essential health services to millions of families. We empower communities and strengthen health systems to reduce child mortality and improve maternal health.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise community health programmes and information systems within the Kadiogo region.
- Provide technical support and training to community health workers on data collection, reporting, and digital health tools.
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance using health information systems to ensure data quality and impact.
- Collaborate with local government health authorities and partners to align programmes with national health strategies.
- Analyse health data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for programme improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on programme activities, outcomes, and challenges for management and donors.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Health Informatics, Nursing, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in community health programming, preferably within the West African or East African context.
- Strong expertise in health information systems (DHIS2, CommCare, or similar digital data tools).
- Excellent skills in data analysis, monitoring & evaluation, and report writing.
- Fluency in French (required) and strong working knowledge of English.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region to support field teams.
