Regional Community Health Coordinator (Information Systems) Job at Living Goods - Kadiogo, Burkina Faso

Living Goods, a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to improving community health across Africa, is seeking a dedicated Regional Community Health Coordinator with Information Systems (IS) expertise. This is a full-time position based in Kadiogo, Burkina Faso, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to life-saving public health programmes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate and supervise community health programmes and information systems within the Kadiogo region.
• Provide technical support and training to community health workers on data collection, reporting, and digital health tools.
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance using health information systems to ensure data quality and impact.
• Collaborate with local government health authorities and partners to align programmes with national health strategies.
• Analyse health data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for programme improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on programme activities, outcomes, and challenges for management and donors.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Health Informatics, Nursing, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in community health programming, preferably within the West African or East African context.
• Strong expertise in health information systems (DHIS2, CommCare, or similar digital data tools).
• Excellent skills in data analysis, monitoring & evaluation, and report writing.
• Fluency in French (required) and strong working knowledge of English.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region to support field teams.
