Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily business operations and administrative functions at assigned C-Care facility.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve facility targets and growth objectives.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative and support staff teams.
• Ensure excellent patient service delivery and uphold C-Care's high standards of care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the local community.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the Ugandan healthcare landscape.
• Ensure compliance with all Ugandan healthcare regulations and C-Care policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a business management or senior administrative role, preferably within the healthcare, hospital, or clinic sector in Uganda.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and management software.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for improving healthcare delivery.
• Must be willing to be based in either Lira, Lubowa, or Jinja.
