Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee and manage daily biscuit production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities related to biscuit manufacturing.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and warehouse teams to optimise workflow.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse production data.
• Ensure all operations comply with Ugandan regulatory standards for food manufacturing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and operations principles.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
