About the Role:
As a Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, handling their cash transactions, service inquiries, and guiding them through digital banking solutions. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless, positive, and efficient customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline customer service for walk-in clients at various Stanbic Bank branches.
• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking transactions accurately.
• Actively educate and migrate customers to use digital banking platforms (mobile banking, internet banking, ATMs).
• Resolve customer queries and service-related matters promptly and professionally.
• Promote the bank's products and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a high standard of operational integrity and compliance with bank policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised institution.
• Strong passion for customer service and helping people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numerical and computer literacy.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in any of the assigned branches across Uganda.
• Fresh graduates and individuals with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
