KCB Bank Uganda is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager for Liabilities to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a banking professional to build and manage a portfolio of liability products, drive deposit growth, and contribute to the bank's market leadership in Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the bank's liability portfolio (current accounts, savings accounts, fixed deposits) in Uganda.
• Acquire, manage, and retain high-value customer relationships, both corporate and individual.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activity in the Ugandan financial sector.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals for liability products to potential clients.
• Cross-sell other bank products and services to existing customers to enhance value.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term, trusted relationships.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain a deep understanding of KCB Bank's products, services, and the regulatory environment in Uganda.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail or corporate banking, specifically in liability sales or relationship management within Uganda.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Ugandan banking landscape and financial products.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A professional banking qualification will be an added advantage.
