Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand strategies for Roofings Limited product portfolio
• Assist in managing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities in Uganda
• Help create compelling marketing content for various platforms
• Monitor brand performance and provide regular reports to management
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Assist in organising promotional events and trade shows within Uganda

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
• Understanding of the Ugandan market and consumer behaviour
• Strong communication skills in English (local languages a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
• Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
