Position Overview:
As an Administrative Officer at our Gulu facility, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth hospital operations and exceptional customer service. Your role is crucial in creating positive patient experiences from arrival through billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professional courtesy
• Receive, register, and direct patients to appropriate departments
• Handle patient billing processes accurately and efficiently
• Collect and verify patient information with attention to detail
• Process insurance verifications and claims
• Maintain positive patient interactions throughout their visit
• Manage patient records and administrative documentation
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative role, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and office software
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of Ugandan healthcare system requirements
