Job Summary:
As an Administrative Officer at C-Care IHK, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth hospital operations and maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service in Uganda's medical community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Register new patients and collect accurate personal and medical information
• Verify patient insurance coverage and process billing according to hospital procedures
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records
• Direct patients to appropriate departments and healthcare providers
• Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Process payments and maintain financial records accurately

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative role, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and office software
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (advantageous)
• Customer service orientation with empathy and patience
