Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients.
• Provide expert financial advice and recommend tailored banking products, including savings, investments, loans, and wealth management solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client banking needs, ensuring a seamless and exclusive service experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively cross-sell bank products to grow the portfolio.
• Resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the banking sector in Uganda.
• Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail banking, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role within the Ugandan financial sector.
• Strong understanding of Ugandan banking products, services, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking systems.
