About the Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst at Diageo Uganda, you will play a critical role in supporting our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will use data-driven insights to optimise our logistics network, improve inventory management, and enhance service delivery across the country. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across our Ugandan operations to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Forecast product demand using advanced analytical tools and market insights specific to Uganda.
• Coordinate effectively with local suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management, highlighting performance metrics and recommending process improvements.
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with Ugandan regulations and align with local market dynamics.
• Support the implementation of supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or a similar analytical role, preferably within Uganda or the East African region.
• High proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Ugandan supply chain regulations, transport networks, and local market dynamics.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
