Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients across Uganda
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank's SME portfolio
• Assess client needs and provide tailored banking solutions
• Manage credit risk and ensure portfolio quality
• Conduct market research to understand SME sector trends
• Cross-sell bank products and services to existing clients
• Prepare and present business proposals to management
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery to SME clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in banking, preferably in SME banking
• Strong understanding of Uganda's SME sector and business environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management
• Knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment
• Professional banking qualifications will be an added advantage
