Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships & Resource Development Job in Kampala

World Vision Uganda is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Strategic Partnerships & Resource Development to join our team in Kampala. This leadership role is crucial for driving our organisation's growth and impact across Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies for World Vision Uganda
• Manage and nurture relationships with key donors and strategic partners
• Lead proposal development and grant writing initiatives
• Drive resource mobilisation efforts to support our programmes
• Build and maintain strong networks with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure alignment with organisational goals
• Coordinate with programme teams to identify funding opportunities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in International Development, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in partnership management and resource mobilisation
• Proven track record in successful resource mobilisation and donor relationship management
• Excellent networking and communication skills
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
• Experience working in the Ugandan development sector preferred
