Head of Programme Implementation Job at Educate! - Kampala, Uganda

Educate! is seeking an experienced Head of Programme Implementation to lead our youth employment solutions across East Africa. This senior leadership position based in Kampala offers an exciting opportunity to drive scalable impact in Uganda's growing youth development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic implementation of youth employment programmes across Uganda and East Africa
• Manage and mentor programme implementation teams to achieve organisational goals
• Develop and refine scalable models for youth skills development and employment
• Coordinate with government partners, donors, and stakeholders in the education sector
• Monitor programme performance and ensure quality delivery across all regions
• Drive innovation in youth employment solutions tailored to the Ugandan context

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Education, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 7 years' experience in programme management, preferably in youth development or education
• Proven track record of managing large-scale programmes in Uganda or East Africa
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
• Excellent understanding of Uganda's education and employment landscape
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
