Job Description
Watu, a leading provider of mobile financing solutions in Uganda, is seeking an experienced Senior After Sales Process Officer to join our Watu Simu team in Kampala. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional to advance their career in the dynamic telecommunications and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the entire after-sales process for Watu Simu customers
• Develop and implement efficient after-sales service procedures and policies
• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve escalated after-sales issues
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
• Train and mentor junior after-sales staff members
• Maintain accurate records of after-sales interactions and transactions
• Analyse after-sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, customer service, or related role
• Proven experience in the telecommunications or financial services sector in Uganda
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
