Job Description

Java House Africa, a leading restaurant and coffee chain across East Africa, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. This is a senior-level opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximise performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld across all sales interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the retail, hospitality, or FMCG sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nairobi.
