Remote System Administrator & Solutions Support Officer Job in Uganda

TUNGA BV is seeking an experienced System Administrator and Solutions Support Officer to join our growing team. This is a remote position offering Ugandan professionals the opportunity to work with international clients while based in Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client systems and infrastructure remotely
• Provide technical support and solutions to international clients
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Implement security measures and backup procedures
• Collaborate with international teams on IT projects
• Document system configurations and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years experience in system administration
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with networking protocols and security
