About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality for AG's projects and services. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by identifying issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring all outputs meet strict quality criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products, services, or processes.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Document quality issues and create detailed reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational requirements.
• Recommend and help implement corrective actions and process enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance, Testing, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
• Relevant certification in Quality Management is an added advantage.
