Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational risk management frameworks and policies
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across all bank departments
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Provide risk management training and awareness to staff members
• Prepare comprehensive risk reports for management and board committees
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams on risk mitigation

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in risk management (PRM, FRM, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management within banking
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan banking regulations and Basel frameworks
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with risk management software and tools
