Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient flow of materials and products. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintaining accurate logistics documentation and records.
• Supporting inventory management and stock control processes.
• Liaising with transport providers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Helping to resolve any logistical issues or delays that arise.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards in all logistics operations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a logistics, warehouse, or transport role.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
