Key Responsibilities (Frontline Role)

• Assist with the sorting, handling, and dispatch of parcels and documents at our facilities.
• Support the delivery network to ensure all shipments arrive at their destinations on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
• Work as part of a team to manage the increased holiday volume efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to DHL's world-class operational and safety standards.

Who We Are Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, especially during busy periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment (lifting may be required).
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent.
• No prior logistics experience is required for entry-level roles—we provide training!
