Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of daily logistics and transport operations.
• Support documentation processes for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Help monitor vehicle fleet movements and driver schedules for efficient delivery of cement and other products.
• Liaise with warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth logistical workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports on logistics activities.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels related to dispatch and transportation.
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics department.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree is an added advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, transport, or warehouse support role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles within the Ugandan context.
• Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
