Key Responsibilities for Frontline Roles

• Assist in the sorting, handling, and processing of holiday parcels and shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service at DHL service points across Uganda.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery of consignments.
• Work as part of a team to manage the increased holiday volume efficiently.
• Adhere to all DHL safety, security, and operational standards.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Must be available to work during the busy Christmas holiday period.
• Strong team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Reliability and a strong commitment to showing up for scheduled shifts.
• Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
