Requirements for Applicants

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in international development or related field
• Strong understanding of Uganda's development context and challenges
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences)
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
• Ability to relocate to Toronto, Canada with valid work authorisation
• Experience working with international donors and multicultural teams
