Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve mass market incidents efficiently and effectively
• Develop and implement incident management protocols for mass market operations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Analyse incident trends and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all incidents and resolutions
• Train and mentor team members on incident management best practices
• Ensure compliance with NSSF policies and Ugandan regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management or customer service operations
• Proven experience in mass market operations within the Ugandan context
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of Ugandan social security landscape is an advantage
