Health & Nutrition Program Manager - World Vision Gulu, Uganda

World Vision International is seeking an experienced Health & Nutrition Program Manager to lead our critical health initiatives in Northern Uganda. This senior role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on community health outcomes while working with one of the world's leading humanitarian organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive health and nutrition programmes across Northern Uganda districts
- Oversee programme implementation, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks
- Develop and manage programme budgets ensuring optimal resource utilisation
- Coordinate closely with government health departments and local stakeholders
- Lead donor reporting and compliance requirements
- Supervise programme staff and build team capacity
- Ensure programme alignment with Ugandan Ministry of Health guidelines

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nutrition, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years' progressive experience in health programming in Uganda
- Comprehensive understanding of the Ugandan health system and policies
- Proven experience in donor reporting (USAID, UNICEF, or similar)
- Strong budget management and financial oversight skills
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in Northern Uganda context preferred
