Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily equipment operations and maintenance schedules
• Manage equipment inventory and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate equipment allocation across different project sites
• Implement preventive maintenance programmes to minimise downtime
• Train and supervise equipment operators and maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements
• Prepare regular equipment status reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in equipment management
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery and industrial equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with Ugandan safety and equipment regulations
• Valid driving permit for Uganda
