Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the bank's digital lending strategy and roadmap
• Manage the end-to-end digital lending product lifecycle
• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of digital lending platforms
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new digital lending opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Bank of Uganda regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and risk management teams to optimise digital lending processes
• Monitor digital lending portfolio performance and implement risk mitigation measures
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative digital lending solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in digital banking, fintech, or lending operations
• Proven track record in managing digital lending products in Uganda
• Strong understanding of Ugandan banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills
• Experience with loan management systems and digital platforms
• Knowledge of risk management principles in digital lending
