Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Old Mutual Uganda, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your key duties will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at our Kampala office
• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining detailed service records and customer interaction logs
• Providing information about Old Mutual's financial products and services
• Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary
• Contributing to team goals and maintaining service quality standards

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this customer service role in Uganda, you should have:

• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management systems
• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
